a) The original high school diploma or provisional graduation certificate, together with an apostilled copy or a Turkish translation certified by Turkish foreign representations or notaries in the Republic of Türkiye.
b) In cases where the general grade point average is not stated on the high school diploma or provisional graduation certificate, the original official transcript showing the general grade point average, together with an apostilled copy or a Turkish translation certified by Turkish foreign representations or notaries in the Republic of Türkiye.
c) For TRNC nationals residing in the TRNC who have completed their secondary education in the TRNC and hold GCE AL examination results, as well as those who enrolled in and completed education at colleges and high schools in other countries between 2005 and 2010 and have or will have GCE AL results, a certified copy of the GCE AL result document and its Turkish translation approved by Turkish foreign representations or notaries in the Republic of Türkiye.
ç) The original copy of the examination result accepted in international student applications, along with a Turkish translation certified by Turkish foreign representations or notaries in the Republic of Türkiye.
d) A photocopy of the passport showing identity information and validity period, including the visa page, or a document proving legal residence in Türkiye (the photocopy will be taken from the original; the original will be returned).
e) If available, a certified copy of the Turkish language proficiency certificate issued by a Turkish Teaching Application and Research Center recognized by the University, and/or a foreign language certificate recognized as equivalent by ÖSYM, certified by Turkish foreign representations or notaries in the Republic of Türkiye.
f) Proof of residence or an equivalent document (must be submitted to the relevant student affairs office within two months from the registration date).
g) Four biometric photographs taken within the last six months.
ğ) Bank receipt showing that the tuition fee has been paid to the designated bank account.
h) A signed declaration of financial guarantee (within two months from the registration date, a bank receipt showing that the amount determined by the University Administrative Board has been deposited into the student’s own bank account in Türkiye must be submitted).
ı) For dual nationals who were foreign citizens by birth and later acquired Turkish citizenship, a certified copy of the official population registration document (Vukuatlı Nüfus Kayıt Örneği).
i) In cases of registration by proxy, a certified copy of the power of attorney approved by Turkish foreign representations or notaries in the Republic of Türkiye.
j) The original copy of the High School Diploma Equivalency Certificate issued by Turkish foreign representations or Provincial Directorates of National Education (students who cannot submit this document during registration must deliver it to the Presidency within one year from the registration date).
(2) It is mandatory to present the original document uploaded to the system and used as the basis for placement during registration.
(3) Registrations will be carried out at the Registration Office of the Presidency on the dates announced on the official website “www.yos.aku.edu.tr”.
Candidates who fail to register within the specified period will forfeit their right to registration. Those who do not submit the required documents within the given period will have their registrations cancelled.
(4) International students are personally responsible for all procedures related to general health insurance.
(5) Applications, placements, or registrations found to include falsified, counterfeit, incomplete, and/or incorrect information or documents will be cancelled, even if the registration has been completed.
