The documents required for registration:
a) The original and an apostille-certified copy of the high school diploma or provisional graduation certificate, or a Turkish translation certified by Turkish foreign representations.
b) If the high school diploma or provisional graduation certificate does not include the general grade point average, the original and an apostille-certified copy of the official transcript showing the general grade point average, or a Turkish translation certified by Turkish foreign representations.
c) For those who are citizens of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), reside in the TRNC, and have completed secondary education in the TRNC with GCEAL exam results, or those who registered and studied at colleges and high schools in other countries between 2005 and 2010 and have or will have GCEAL exam results, the GCEAL result certificate and its Turkish translation certified by a notary or Turkish foreign representations.
ç) The original and a copy (if the copy is certified as true to the original, the original will be returned) of the approved Turkish translation of the exam and/or diploma document accepted for international student applications.
d) A copy of the pages of the passport and the visa-bearing passport showing identity information and validity period (if the copy is certified as true to the original, the original will be returned).
e) If available, a Turkish language proficiency certificate and a foreign language certificate recognized by ÖSYM, with a notary or Turkish foreign representations-certified copy.
f) A residence certificate or other documents that can replace it (must be submitted to the relevant student affairs unit within 2 months from the registration date).
g) Eight 4.5×6.0 cm photographs (taken within the last 6 months, from the front, and should clearly identify the applicant).
ğ) Bank receipt showing that the tuition fee has been deposited into the relevant bank.
h) Signed declaration of financial support (a bank receipt indicating that the required amount, determined by the University administrative board, has been deposited into the applicant’s own account at a bank in Turkey, within 2 months after the registration date).
ı) A population registration sample with the foreign citizenship status at birth who later acquired Turkish citizenship, for dual nationals.
i) For registration by proxy, a copy of the proxy document certified by a notary or Turkish foreign representations.
